I had my eyes checked today. It’s an annual thing. I usually see Dr. Woods at the Eye Clinic, but today I saw Dr. Grissom instead. She’s a nice young doctor, about my age. The nurse warned me that, “Dr. Grissom dilates quite a bit more than Dr. Woods – you may notice a difference.”

Google Street View in Dyer (sort of)

Several months ago I posted this photo to flickr. I was excited – Google Maps Street View was, apparently, photographing Dyer. I’ve checked repeatedly for a hint that those photos were coming on line… And now they have, sort of.
